Taxpayers please use the link on our official website to ‘Online Tax Payment Service of Ministry of Finance’ (https://paytax.nat.gov.tw). Make sure the address is correct before starting paying tax in order to avoid fraud. 2. Due to the fact that chip finance card will be locked up when entering wrong passwords at a certain amount of times continuously (usually 3 times), the chip finance card holder could unlock the card at the financial institution which issued the card if this kind of problem occurs. 3. A card reader with pc/sc specification is required when paying tax with a chip finance card. The card reader is the same as the one used for 1.Citizen Digital Certificate.
