稅務局稱： 112年7月份受理農業用地移轉申請不課徵土地增值稅案，計金城鎮15件、金寧鄉38件、金湖鎮8件、金沙鎮24件，烈嶼鄉15件，合計五鄉鎮100件，為有效防止農業用地移轉後閒置或違規使用，逃漏土地增值稅等事宜，案配合農政單位辦理查核作業。
July 2023 statistics on applications for waivers of land value-added tax on the transfer of farmland
In July 2023, we processed 100 applications from five townships for waivers of land value-added tax on the transfer of farmland: 15 in Jinchen Township, 38 in Jinning Township, 8 in Jinhu Township, 24 in Jinsha Township, and 15 in Lieyu Township. We worked with the agriculture administrative agency to strengthen the review of these cases in order to effectively prevent the idling or illegal use of the land involved in the transfer of farmland cases and to prevent land value-added tax evasions.
